The 20-Minute Backend Tune-Up find your one leak
Score your systems in 20 minutes and find the one leak quietly costing you the most time and leads.
Start the Tune-Up
Hi, I'm Jenn, a Fractional COO in Zeeland, Michigan. I build the systems layer underneath coaches' businesses: the emails, the CRM, the follow-up that keeps working while you're busy coaching.
Almost every coach I talk with is sure her problem is content. Most of the time, the content is doing its job. The leak shows up right after someone thinks, "oh, this is for me." These are the twenty questions I'd ask you if we sat down together.
- Check a box only if it's true today. "True once I get around to it" doesn't count. (You know the one.)
- Watch your scores update as you go.
- Find your starting point at the bottom: your lowest area, plus a first fix that takes under an hour.

Email & Nurture
Where interest turns into trust. This is the part of your business that keeps talking to people after they've raised their hand.
Client Journey & CRM
Where a yes turns into a booked, happy client. This is everything between "I'm interested" and "welcome aboard."
Content System
Where your ideas turn into a steady pipeline. This one's about where each post sends people, more than how often you post.
CEO Capacity
Where your time goes, and where it could go. The other three areas either give you hours back or quietly take them.
Your lowest area is where one small fix gives you the most back
Check what's true for you above, then tap "See my starting point." Your scores fill in here.
Two areas tied? Pick the one that made you wince. That's usually the one.
Email & Nurture: write one welcome email
Set up a single automated welcome in Flodesk (or whatever you use). Say hello, deliver what they signed up for, and ask one easy question they can reply to. One email that's live beats a perfect sequence sitting in drafts.
Client Journey & CRM: give every lead one home
Pick one place for inquiries (Moxie, Dubsado, even a simple spreadsheet) and route your contact form there. Then add one automatic task: follow up in three days.
Content System: give your top three posts a next step
Open your three best posts from the last 90 days. Add a comment keyword or a link to each caption so the people still finding them have somewhere to go.
CEO Capacity: book your CEO hour
Put a recurring 60-minute block on your calendar. First agenda: new leads, emails sent, money in, and the one priority for the week ahead.

One email a week with a small, doable fix for the systems side of your business, plus the occasional kitchen-table story. Totally optional. Your results above are yours either way.

This scorecard shows you where the leaks are. Fixing them is my favorite part.
In my VIP Marketing Workshop, we pick the three things that matter most right now (your lowest score is usually one of them) and build them together in a 3-hour working session. You get the finished pieces back the following week.
Rather ask first? Copy your scores, then send them to me on Instagram. I read every message myself.
